The unusual holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering no-cost bonus story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Questline Revealed

According to the authorized statement, "A strange meeting draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where whispers of prohibited rituals and fearsome transformations echo through the shadows." The storyline introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with traveling into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to save her ally from a clandestine sect.

The questline focuses on "strange tests and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Changes

The teaser features the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The preview concludes with a striking sequence showing a character, likely the hostage, transforming into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.

Players who finish the mission will obtain an unique katana together with several objects concealed throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also includes purchasable Attack on Titan item packs, including:
